Refund Policy

Try before purchase

Where available, customers are encouraged to use the free trial and verify operating-system, plugin-format and host compatibility before purchasing.

Digital software

Refund requests for digital products will be reviewed in accordance with applicable law and the merchant-of-record policy. Duplicate purchases, verified technical incompatibility and billing errors will receive prompt attention.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions may be canceled to prevent future renewals. Canceling does not normally reverse a charge already processed unless required by law or approved under the merchant policy.
