Terms of Service

Draft for merchant review — final company identity, effective date and jurisdiction will be added before launch.

Products and licenses

Shark Plugs software is licensed, not sold. A purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license subject to the applicable end-user license agreement. Subscriptions provide access only while active.

Accounts, payment and delivery

Customers must provide accurate checkout information. Digital products are delivered electronically. Payment, tax calculation, receipts and subscription management will be handled through our merchant-of-record checkout provider.

Acceptable use

Customers may not redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, bypass licensing, or use the software unlawfully.

Availability and changes

We may improve, update or discontinue features. We aim for reliable compatibility but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation in every host or system configuration.
